Dear Parents and Future Athletes,

Alhamdulillah, the Variety of Training (V.O.T) Sports Program is opening registration for our V.O.T Youth Basketball Season starting Tuesday, March 31, 2025, Insha’Allah!

Who (Boys & Girls):

  • U 12 – Warriors
  • U 15 – Warriors

Season Details:

Practice locations , dates, and times

  • Age Group: (U11)
  • Days: Tuesday's from 3:30 pm- 5:00 pm
  • Location: Darul Arqam School courts; 8 Thomas St South River NJ
  • Days: Saturday's : 9:00 am -10:30 am
  • Location: Rutgers outdoor courts ; 62 Rd 3, Edison NJ
  • Dates: 3/24- 6/13
  • Fee: $200 per player
  • Age Group: (U15)
  • Days: Tuesday's from 3:30 pm- 5:00 pm
  • Location: Darul Arqam School courts; 8 Thomas St South River NJ
  • Days: Saturday's : 9:00 am -10:30 am
  • Location: Rutgers outdoor courts 62 Rd 3, Edison NJ
  • Fee: $200 per player

  • Weekly practices and competitive tournaments /games.
  • Licensed, experienced coaching focused on skill, teamwork, and character.

Informed consent: Informed Consent and Acknowledgement I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by V.O.T program during the selected tournaments and game. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless V.O.T program and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to my child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions. In case of injury to my child, I hereby waive all claims against V.O.T program including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including basketball. I also understand that V.O.T program will not be held responsible for contracting COVID-19 or other contagious diseases. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

Photo Consent & Media Release Statement
I hereby grant permission to the Variety of Training (V.O.T) Sports Program to take photographs, video recordings, and/or digital images of myself and/or my child during sports practices, games, and events. I understand and agree that these images may be used for:
Program publicity, promotion, and marketing
Social media, website, and newsletters
Flyers, brochures, and presentations
Celebrating athlete and team accomplishments
I acknowledge that these images may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed for lawful and promotional purposes without payment or any other consideration. I also understand that once images are published, they may be available for public viewing and cannot be recalled.
I release V.O.T, its staff, coaches, and representatives from any and all claims related to the use of these photographs and recordings. *
